Sea Trucks Group has gone into provisional liquidation but this will have no impact on its operations.
Chad Griffin and Ian Morton from FTI Consulting have been appointed by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court as liquidators of the Nigerian offshore group.
The insolvency proceedings will only affect the group holding company and not its subsidiaries, which are asset owning companies.
