Yasa Holding of Turkey has returned to Daehan Shipbuilding for a suezmax tanker newbuilding.
Well-placed sources said Yasa has signed for one 158,000-dwt vessel at the South Korean shipyard, bringing the total number of suezmaxes it has on order there to three. The earlier two newbuildings were booked last year.
TradeWinds reported last month that Yasa was in negotiations to order the vessel, but talks were suspended as a result of the coronavirus crisis.
