Low-profile Greek tanker player Coral Shipping has pulled off a remarkable asset play with an aging aframax tanker.
The John Kilakos-led company sold the 113,000-dwt Aquanaut (built 2003) to unidentified Μiddle Eastern interests earlier this year. Athens and UK-based brokers report the deal was concluded in January for $16.7m.
