Officers and directors of New York-listed bulker owner Genco Shipping & Trading kept compensation essentially flat in 2019 from the previous year.
Chief executive John Wobensmith took in overall remuneration of $2.38m for 2019, up only incrementally from the $2.2m received in 2018.
Wobensmith’s base salary remained flat at $650,000. And his cash bonus was smaller — $686,000 compared to $742,000.
