Two of Navios Maritime Containers' largest shareholders want the courts to force the Angeliki Frangou-led boxship owner to open its books.

Mangrove Partners and 683 Capital Partners last week filed a lawsuit in New York's Manhattan federal court, accusing Navios Maritime Containers of stonewalling their legally valid requests to see documents.

The two shareholders suspect wrongdoing by both the company and Frangou herself, according to the complaint filed with the court.
