Westports Holdings has confirmed that it is interested in taking part in a consortium bidding for Colombo Port’s East Container Terminal in Sri Lanka.
Malaysia’s largest listed port operator made the announcement in a regulatory filing to the Malaysian Stock Exchange.
It was responding to reports in the Malaysian media that it was participate in the Hayleys-led consortium bidding for the project.
