The Society of Gas Tanker & Terminal Operators (Sigtto) has established a new environmental subcommittee to produce guidance for members on subjects such as methane slip.
However, the new industry grouping has not held its first meeting yet, due to coronavirus travel restrictions for members.
The subcommittee will be chaired by BP Shipping global marine manager for gas and LNG Rahul Kulkarni, who is based in London.
