John Fredriksen has grown his stake in Avance Gas.
The Norwegian shipping magnate acquired 690,000 shares of the compatriot gas carrier owner for NOK 40.07 ($4.30) each — and a total of NOK 27.6m — through Hemen Holdings, according to regulatory filings.
Fredriksen owns 13.27 million shares in Oslo-traded Avance through Hemen and another 442,384 shares through New York-listed tanker owner Frontline, equalling 21.25%.
