Singapore-listed Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) and Samudera Shipping Line are to both drop quarterly reporting.
The changes follow recent amendments to rule 705 of the Singapore Exchanges (SGX) listing manual, which took effect from 7 February 2020.
Under this change companies will no longer be required to release their financial statements on a quarterly basis.
