Danish giant AP Moller-Maersk has taken another bold step toward logistics by boosting its US warehousing operations by almost threefold.
The boxship and ports group has agreed to acquire US-based warehousing and distribution company Performance Team and its 800,000 square metres of storage facilities across 24 sites nationwide.
The acquisition brings Maersk Warehousing & Distribution North America's 563,000 square metres of warehousing across 22 sites to 1.36m
