A second floating LNG (FLNG) production unit for Malaysian energy giant Petronas has left South Korea after being completed at Samsung Heavy Industries.
The PFLNG Dua, which can produce around 1.5 million tonnes per annum of LNG, was waved off from SHI, where it has been constructed in consortium with JGC Corp, on its voyage to the Rotan Gas Field, 140km offshore Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
