P&O Ferries has been criticised for allowing a ro-ro to sail in a storm that caused widespread destruction to its freight cargo.
The 20,600-gt European Causeway (built 2000) encountered heavy weather and rough seas en route from Northern Ireland to Scotland on 18 December 2018.
The ship rolled heavily, causing several lorries to shift and nine to topple over.
This resulted in damage to 22 vehicles.
