A group of South Korean logistics companies have been fined in a price-fixing case involving cargoes shipped for Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI).
Dongbang, CJ Logistics and four other companies will have to pay a total of KRW 6.84bn ($5.87m), South Korea's Fair Trade Commission (FTC) ruled.
The FTC said the six firms colluded for 14 years on 34 contracts to keep freight charges artificially high, according to the Maeil daily newspaper.
