News of two more pirate raids on merchant vessels has emerged in the Gulf of Guinea as violence continues to escalate in the region.
Piracy reporting body Maritime Domain Awareness for Trade – Gulf of Guinea (MDAT-GoG) reported a suspicious approach to two merchant vessels, including a bulker, on 21 December and an attack on three more a day later, off Owendo, Gabon.
