Almost 19 months after it was first mooted, Pavilion Energy Singapore and Total Marine Fuels Global Solutions (TMFGS) have signed off on a 10-year agreement to jointly develop an LNG bunker supply chain in Singapore.
The deal includes the shared long-term use of a 12,000-cbm, GTT Mark III Flex membrane LNG bunker vessel (LNGBV) newbuilding, which will allow the parties to supply LNG bunker to their respective customers.
