Diana Shipping has fixed a third vessel on charter to an Asian shipping company in the past two weeks, the latest being a capesize at a rate that beats the market average.
The Simeon Palios-led bulker owner has entered into a time charter contract with Singapore's Pacbulk Shipping for 179,426-dwt Santa Barbara (built 2015).
The fixture is for 12 to 14 months at $17,250 per day, starting 27 December.
