More than 700 commercial fishermen and seafood companies are looking to hold Kirby Corp, K Line and BW Group accountable after a May oil spill in the Houston Ship Channel.
In court papers, the fishermen and businesses accuse all three companies of causing the spill, preventing them from fishing, harvesting oysters and catching shrimp, as the trio are locked in a legal battle blaming one another.
