Shippers are calling for “greater policing” of container carriers after a move to continue to spare them from antitrust rules in Europe.
The measures are needed following the European Commission’s proposal last week to extend the Consortia Block Exemption Regulation (BER) for four more years, the Global Shippers Forum said.
