Torm will aim to return cash to shareholders next year, its executive director told TradeWinds.
His comments came after the Danish tanker operator used its third-quarter results on Tuesday to paint a bullish picture of product tanker markets, which it hopes will generate profit that it can pass on to shareholders in the future.
