Danish shipping giant AP Moller–Maersk is looking for a new chief operating officer (COO) after Soren Toft quit on Monday.
The boxship giant said only that the executive has decided to pursue an opportunity outside the company. His resignation is effective immediately.
Group CEO Soren Skou, an experienced containership man, will take on the COO role while a successor is found.
