Former Eimskip CEO Gylfi Sigfusson is heading to court in Iceland in a bid to halt a long-running competition probe into the boxship owner.
The country's court of appeal dismissed a bid by the district prosecutor to terminate Sigfusson's action.
Reykjavik district court will now hear Sigfusson's case.
