A laid-up EMAS Offshore anchor-handler could soon be up for auction in Namibia.
The country's high court, exercising its admiralty jurisdiction, said interested parties have until 7 November to make representations as to why the 255-bp Lewek Teal (built 2012) should not be sold.
The court is presiding over a case involving Namibia Drydock and Ship Repair and Hamer Namibia as applicants and EMAS as respondent.
