DFDS's plans to buy two new ferries and deploy them between the Netherlands and the UK have fallen through, which is expected to cause a $15m impact to its bottom line.
The Copenhagen-based owner last month announced plans to acquire two ferries from Italian ferry company Moby Lines, which in turn would acquire two vessels from DFDS.
