Trading house Trafigura has fixed a slew of MR tankersafter having also been an active player in recent months by taking large tankers on time charters..
Trafigura has relet Norden's 49,000-dwt Nord Superior (built 2015) for a year for $19,250 per day to Koch Industries, according to European tanker brokers. The vessel is believed to be scrubber fitted.
Trafigura chartered the tanker from Norden in August for three years at $17,950 per day.
