Oslo-listed contractor Subsea 7 has clinched a new deal with Shell to install a 30km gas export pipeline off Aberdeen.
The tie-in work involves the Haewene Brim FPSO, 160 miles offshore.
The "sizeable" contract is worth between $50m and $150m.
Work for the Pierce depressurisation project also includes a gas export riser and associated subsea infrastructure.
