Russia's Rosneft has begun supplying vessels with low-sulphur fuel oil (LSFO) in the far east of the country.
Its RN Bunker is providing RMLS 40, the sulphur content of which is below 0.5% to meet IMO 2020 requirements.
The first 200 tons of the new fuel was supplied to a bulk carrier in Nakhodka waters, it said.
