Silverton Maritime Solutions will provide services for banks and financial institutions covering the outsourcing of shipping loans, with the German market its main focus.
Bertheau, who left German shipbuilder Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft (FSG) last year, will be managing director of the new company.
