Fresh details emerged this week of Total's move to reshape its shipping fleet to fit its growing portfolio, with the French energy major fixing a further two LNG carriers on multi-year charters.
Brokers said Total had secured LNG carriers from the fleets of Thenamaris of Greece and NYK Line of Japan.
It is unclear whether the vessels are existing ships or newbuildings.
