Diana Shipping plans to sell one of its panamaxes to an unaffiliated third party, the New York-listed company said today.
The Simeon Palois-led bulker player has signed a memorandum of agreement with the buyer to purchase 75,300-dwt Nirefs (built 2001) for $6.71m before commissions.
The vessel is set be delivered to Diana by 30 October.
