Golden Energy Offshore Services CEO Per Ivar Fagervoll has increased his holding in the company through a declaration of stock options.
He added 50,000 shares at a strike price of NOK 4.30, against a close of NOK 6 on Wednesday.
These are worth NOK 300,000 ($35,000).
Fagervoll now has 585,666 shares and another 266,668 stock options.
