Indonesia authorities have scored a rare success in arresting a gang of knife-wielding robbers who targeted a Greek-owned bulker.
The Kyla Shipping Enterprises-controlled 81,500-dwt Odysseas L (built 2013) was boarded by seven robbers while at the Taboneo Anchorage off Kalimantan.
The duty watchman is said to have raised the alarm and the crew mustered, who were then confronted by the perpetrators who stole ship stores before they escaped.
