Canadian owner Atlantic Towing has said it is the buyer of a platform supply vessel (PSV) newbuilding sold by Norway's Havyard last month.
The 4,250-dwt former Fafnir Viking will become Atlantic Harrier when it is delivered in April 2020.
The shipbuilder said in June it had found a buyer for the vessel, originally ordered in 2014 by Iceland's Fafnir Offshore, but cancelled in 2017 after the owner failed to pay an additional pre-delivery instalment.
