The Paris MOU port state control organisation has banned two cargoships detained over poor conditions for crew.
The 2,600-dwt Sea Royal (built 1976) was held in Thessaloniki, Greece, for 35 days with 53 deficiencies.
This was its third detention in three years, resulting in a three-month ban.
