Hamburg-based shipping companies Bertling, Nordic Hamburg and Oskar Wehr are teaming up to form a new bulker operating company.
OneBulk will start trading on 1 July from Hamburg and Singapore.
Each of the three owner-operated companies will combine their modern dry bulk fleets into the joint venture, giving them control of about 50 ships from handysize up to kamsarmax.
