International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has praised Star Bulk Carriers management after working with the company on the Delphin Shipping fleet deal.
The Nasdaq-listed shipowner paid $139.5m to acquire 11 bulkers in a shares and cash transaction this week.
