Carnival Corp's top brass must appear at a federal court hearing next week on a settlement over a motion to call off probation tied to environmental wrongdoing.
US District Judge Patricia Seitz has ordered chairman Micky Arison, chief executive Arnold Donald and board member Stuart Subotnick to attend the 3 June hearing in US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
