A KMTC feeder containership has suffered a major explosion and fire during a call at Thailand’s Laem Chabang terminal.
The incident aboard the 1,600-teu KMTC Hong Kong (built 1998) occurred on Saturday with reports of injuries to 25 people and more than 130 people taken to hospital.
