Kyklades Maritime of Greece has ordered two suezmax tanker newbuildings at Hyundai Heavy Industries, according to industry sources.
The deal inked by the Ioannis Alafouzos-controlled outfit lifts the number of 158,000-dwt crude carrier tanker newbuildings on order at the South Korean shipyard to four.
The order is believed to represent optional slots that Kyklades secured at the yard when it signed up for two vessels last month.
