Dutch group Boskalis has failed in a bid to overturn a UK tribunal ruling that it must hand over EUR 1.47m ($1.64m) in a row over a time limit contained within an OSV charterparty.
Sir Ross Cranston, sitting as a UK high court judge, said the case involved UK owner Atlantic Marine and Aviation's 3,200-dwt multi-functional support ship (MSV) Atlantic Tonjer (built 1983).
