Torm now has the hand it wanted to play in the IMO 2020 tanker upcycle after doubling its investment in scrubber technology today, according to executive director Jacob Meldgaard.
The Danish product tanker owner this morning revealed it would now fit the equipment on 34 of its tankers, with all bar two having the kit on board by the start of next year.
