Norwegian clean tanker broker Infinity Shipbrokers is setting up an office in London and has hired Frazer Williams, 41, from Poten & Partners as director.
The move comes as somewhat of a surprise at a time some sources believe the London market is over-brokered.
Infinity partner Eigil Grimstvedt agreed many brokers cover the London market, as there is a lot of business to be done in the city.
