Israeli container line Zim has signed up to Maersk Line's and IBM's blockchain platform.
It said TradeLens uses the encryption technology to enable trust between multiple trading partners.
Members get a single shared view of a transaction without compromising details, privacy or confidentiality and can collaborate more efficiently through real-time access to shipping data and documents.
