CIC Changxing has edged out Drydocks World Dubai as the busiest ship repair and refurbishment yard in the world in 2018 as Clarksons published data on the sector for the first time.
CIC Changxing completed 115 surveys last year, compared to the 110 at Dry Docks World, the world's largest shipbroker said.
