Indonesian tanker owner Buana Lintas Lautan (BULL) is looking to raise IDR 1.2 trillion ($84.3m) as it eyes fleet expansion.
The rights issue will involve 3.31bn new shares sold at IDR 275 each for a total of IDR 909.7bn, it said in a notice published in domestic media.
Existing investors will be eligible to buy two shares for every five they own.
