The Houston Ship Channel was shut again on Sunday as a storm hit clean-up operations following an explosion and spill at a petrochemicals plant last month.
Bloomberg cited Mitsui & Co's Intercontinental Terminals Company (ITC) as saying all outbound vessels from the northwest end of the waterway were halted and inbound traffic was limited to ships and barges already heading to final destinations.
