Samudera Shipping Line says efforts to secure the release of a supramax bulker detained in Honduras last year have been delayed for a second time.
The 57,400-dwt Sinar Kapuas (built 2011) was held in November 2018 in the port of San Lorenzo for claims derived from the delayed delivery of the cargo.
