Japan's MOL and Turkey's Karadeniz group are collaborating in the FSRU and powership business.
The giant shipowner and Karadeniz's Karpower International (Karpowership) have formed a venture called Karmol to co-invest in assets and market its solution in selected markets around the world, they said.
The business will generate power through the "Powership" concept.
