South Korea’s Polaris Shipping is making progress with its initial public offering on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Shipping sources said Arctic Securities and ABG Sundal Collier are acting as joint bookrunners for the IPO, while Seoul law firm Yulchon LLC and Norway’s Thommessen have been hired as the company’s legal advisors.
Polaris appointed Pareto Securities and DNB as the global coordinators to carry out the listing last month.
