A Scorpio Tankers handymax is poised to transfer the first of several low-sulphur fuel oil to a Euronav ULCC off Malta this week.
Oil analytics firm Vortexa said the 38,734-dwt STI Brixton (built 2014) tanker loaded LSFO in Antwerp on 9 March and was due to reach Malta by Wednesday, reports Reuters.
