There are changes afoot at the top of the Teekay companies.
At Teekay Corp, William Utt, chairman since 2015, is stepping down. He will be replaced by David Schellenberg, who will stand for election to the position on a permanent basis at the company's 12 June meeting.
Also departing are chairman emeritus C.
